"AS CHRISTIANS," we're not alone in our struggles. The Holy Spirit
empowers us to overcome adversity, spiritual attacks, and trials. It's
not about wishful thinking, but real, tangible strength. When life
throws its curveballs or we face spiritual battles, remember this: the
Holy Spirit within us is our unwavering source of strength.
In moments of adversity, lean into prayer and faith. Tap into that strength. Remember that countless believers throughout history have faced and conquered formidable challenges with that same strength.
Trials may test our faith they're opportunities for us to tap into the Holy Spirit's power and emerge stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
Life surely has its way of throwing challenges our way, but you know what? We're stronger than we think.
And in those moments when it feels like the weight of the world is on our shoulders, prayer with the Lord can make a world of difference.
A Prayer of Surrender:
"God, I'm feeling overwhelmed by everything right now. I don't have all the answers, and honestly, I'm not sure what to do next. But I'm surrendering this situation into Your hands. Help me to trust that You're in control and that You've got a plan, even when I can't see it. Give me the strength to let go and let You guide me."
“The plans of the LORD stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations.” (Psalm 33:11)
God wants your attention in the present. He wants you to “look straight ahead” because what He has for you is not behind you, it is in front of you.
“Why … am I here?”
… you have been made purposefully … you are part of a great master
plan.
The Bible makes this point plain …
· Your purpose in life is that which gives you a reason for living, the
reason why God put you here on earth.
· Your purpose in life is an expression of your personal significance to
God.
· Your purpose in life will be unique to you, based on God’s
personalized plan for you.
· And, as Paul stated, it is … “In him we live and move and have our
being.” (Acts 17:28)

The Power of Perseverance
The conversation unveils the process of untangling the knots within ourselves during difficult seasons or challenging circumstances. Alita and Lisa compare it to the exercise of untangling a human knot and stress the importance of persistently working through these tangles until a new direction begins to emerge. By discussing it with Jesus or a trusted spiritual leader or friend, we can untangle the knots and find clarity and resolution.
Additionally, Alita and Lisa touch on the concept of experiencing extreme situations to witness the transformative power of God. They suggest that sometimes we need to reach the end of ourselves or our previous experiences to embrace the newness that God has in store for us. This process requires courage and a strong faith in God's guidance and provision.
The episode underscores the significance of embracing truths, maintaining positive mindsets, and having faith to keep our focus on Jesus. By doing so, we can navigate through challenging emotions and situations, untangle the knots within ourselves, and experience the transformative power of God. Alita and Lisa encourage us to remember that our story is not over yet, even during difficult seasons, and to hold onto hope and trust in God's plan and purpose for our lives.

God wants you to know that you are fully accepted in Christ—not due to your performance but due to His grace.
God understands the pain of being devalued and held in low esteem. God wants you to look to Him and His Word to find your true worth. Have you ever felt a sense of hopelessness because your life was turned upside down and you didn’t know where you were headed—that your life had drifted off course? When you are in trouble and feeling overwhelmed, you need something to stabilize your life. You need an anchor.

GOD LOVES US WITH AN EVERLASTING LOVE
When we look at the world around us, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and alone. We face challenges, uncertainties, and struggles that can make us feel disconnected from the love and guidance of the Lord. But the truth is that God loves us with an everlasting love, and will continue to be faithful to us as we search for Him.
It can be easy to forget this truth, especially when we face trials and difficulties in our lives. We may feel like we are alone or unworthy of love, and this can lead us to lose hope and faith in God's plan for our lives. But the reality is that God's love is not based on our own merit or performance. It is a love that is pure, unconditional, and everlasting.
As we search for God, we may encounter challenges and obstacles that make us feel like we are wandering in the wilderness. But even in these moments, we can trust that God is with us, guiding us and leading us towards His perfect will for our lives. He is faithful and true, and His promises never fail. Even when we make mistakes or fall short, God's love for us remains constant and unchanging.
So I encourage you to keep seeking God, to keep pursuing His truth and His ways. Trust in His unfailing love, and allow it to transform your heart and your life. Remember that you are never alone, and that God's love will always be there to sustain and uplift you.
May you be filled with hope, joy, and peace as you rest in God's everlasting love. And may you continue to grow in your faith and knowledge of Him, experiencing His goodness and faithfulness in new and profound ways.
